That's interesting!! Board of Director Gary Simon appears to have bought the 32,900 for 2 trust funds through the open market.

The shares appear to have been purchase indirectly on the open market rather than received directly from the company through corporate benefit packages or incentives programs which is the most common way of acquiring shares from the company.

I haven't seen one of these in a very long time.
