SAN DIEGO, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Solutions, Inc. (OTC: VOIS), is providing future direction for the benefit of shareholders to understand where the Company is headed. The Company has been in a R&D phase for the past year and with the completion of the micro BCI device now realized, the Company is excited to enter the sales and marketing phase.

The R&D phase has been a long, timely, bumpy - not to mention expensive journey that involved dilution, funding, RS's. This was an uphill battle for sure. Google Brain Computer Interface and let's all try to understand what this means and involves. This is literally Science Fiction becoming reality in front of our eyes. VOIS / Mind Solutions is one of the first to enter this industry (relatively speaking) and it's the smallest BCI Device in the world. It's taken time, lots of money (funding), research/development and that stage is finally done. The hardest part is over-

The Company is now completing final testing of electronic components being provided by our supplier and plans to begin the tooling and manufacturing of the BCI device for world-wide distribution. This process should take approximately 12 weeks to complete. During this time, Mind Solutions will gear up for the product launch, which will be assisted with traditional marketing, social media, high-quality videos and a proactive PR campaign.

Tooling: This is the stage of making sure that each and every component which makes up the complete device works together perfectly with no hiccups. Different parts come from different companies just like an iPhone or any other device (particularly electronics) I'm sure they are also negotiating price per unit. This is the dotting of I's and crossing of T's. It's all the pieces of the puzzle...

Manufacturing: The process of putting all the "tooling" together. The pieces of the puzzle being put together. Again, they have to make sure to find the right manufacturer that's the right fit for them which involves also negotiating the price per unit, etc. If you read closely- they are saying that the product should be on shelves/distributed within 12 (well now 11 weeks)

During this Time: This means that right now, during this 12 weeks- or within we'll start seeing progressively more marketing/advertising, Facebook/Twitter etc attention. videos demonstrating.. and a PR Firm/Campaign getting their brand/image out to the masses. This should bring more public eyes to the company and the stock: I believe we should be seeing a new website soon too which would help.

• During this time- we could see announcements of Distribution Deals
• During this time- we could see announcements of Licensing Deals
• During this time- we could see announcements of Partnerships/JV
• During this time- we could see them featured on Mainstream Media (Like CNBC, FOX, Bloomberg) or written up by the top tech/gadget blogs WIRED, Engadget, Gizmodo
• During this time- we could see/hear about Big Name Retail Chain Stores agreeing to carry the device
• During this time- we could see a buyout
• During this time - In other words- WE CAN SEE A LOT HAPPEN

During this time (within the 12 weeks) we could see a lot transpire at any moment really. It's literally a ticking time bomb for us (in a good way)

Joe Abrams, co-founder of MYSPACE parent company, has been appointed to the Company's Advisory Board and plans to assist greatly in the distribution of the product. With plans to sell the micro BCI device in China, India and Europe, the Company will begin meetings with these distribution channels now that the product is close to being delivered.

This again proves that Joe Abrams is indeed involved (heavily) and not a name in a PR. He can make deals happen and from these deals means we'll see announcements.

The Company does not have any plans to reverse split the common stock. The capital needed to complete the world's smallest BCI device enabled the Company to finish the product. It is now the goal of the Company to reach profitability through the sales of the BCI device and reduce/eliminate the need for additional financing going forward.

All the fear mongering scare tactics by a few here telling everyone that a RS is coming got slapped in the face - funny- they still trying to use that strategy. The company is telling us bluntly- they don't need to Reverse Split, they don't need to issue more shares for funding. They got everything they need so that they can manufacture and now sell the product and become a profitable company. While we may see some third party selling here and there- after it's done, it's done and what most of you need to realize is this is giving us (the shareholders) a great opportunity to accumulate as much as possible at these prices while everything unfolds

$VOIS/ Mind Solutions, Inc is proving to us on a weekly/monthly basis how real they are and how real this product is. They are doing everything strategically as possible .

What other penny stock out there is about to have a product on the shelf that can read your brain signals and convert that into a command on a computer or cell phone device? What other penny stock will have the world's smallest BCI (Brain Computer Interface) in the market? What other penny stock has less than a handful of competitors for this technology/industry which is said BY FORTUNE to be a 20b industry by 2017? And they are among the first?
