I don't think this is the case. The jump in PPS on the Q2 report to me indicates investment in the installation side of the business. Sure the cell is a cherry on top if and when it come to fruition, but that particular jump tells me there's a lot of money behind the installation side. This is a great stock without the cell, with the cell it's a super amazing stock.
