Wrong. It would be a lot safer for America if the Canadians kept it in their country, built their own pipeline, and shipped it to the Pacific where it could be refined (assuming they have the ability to so such). WE DON'T NEED OR WANT IT HERE! But I digress, the Canadians have given the pipeline idea in THEIR country the THUMBS DOWN.
