Hard telling. They restated financials for a reason. IR slowed things down. There is always positioning...

Someone on here is claiming a media firm is hired.. What the hell they going to promote? A speechless no bid penny stock???

Stocks run from .0001-.0002 to 20,30,50 times all the time... Those shares traded last month are not here to be stagnant for very long.
