Not sure it's "technical". More like a paid promo. Not much technical talk, just more of the same old same old, mixed in with other nonsense. Let's look at this great "technical" analysis. "USPR has clearly captured the imagination of bb investors and is fast becoming one of the top traded stocks on the entire bb’s." That's some real good technical analysis.
