The details are spelled out in the Haltain management circular document.

The bad news is that the Haltain shareholders will own 100% of the new company. They don't mention anything about AEGY shareholders and neither is SKTO.

You can wish, hope and pray all you want but your investment is gone.

If only you had listened to the real DD you wouldn't be underwater - but you believed the company hype and they spanked shareholders and made them like it.

It has been 5 months since the last press release and SKTO hasn't filed their Q2.

But the merger is going to happen any day. LOL!
