Looking through the financials, one thing stands out on page 4:

D. The number of shares sold; 18 Million
-transferred as compensation

No one is taking a salary and there is no dilution, according to the financials. I am not sure where these 18 million shares came from but don't care as long as the share structure has not been affected.

Its seems like the leaders of this venture are confident that those 18 million shares will be of value, well above the current PPS, in the future.

Just My Honest Opinion. Looking forward to future financials.
