I would agree that we are in a quite period regarding the filing. It's clear that Theodore can't talk specifics and when I last talked to the CEO earlier this month he couldn't/wouldn't answer my questions regarding the S-1. It turned into more of a personal conversation and that is why I feel so confident in our CEO, got to know him as a person...IMO he's legit and quite capable of making this happen!
