Unfortunately...and I mean that...the wheels turn very very slowly. It usually takes years and years before the other shoe drops. I certainly wish it was faster but 2-3 years is the norm. So nothing can be assumed at this point because there has not yet been an enforcement action. nothing
Second...in the penny world there is usually nothing to go after. And I am willing to bet if this play with Haltain gets done...there will literally be nothing left to go after.
It is why you rarely see any sort of class action against a penny stock when so many get ripped off. No lawyer will take the case on contingency....and there is usually nothing really to go after to pay the costs even if you paid a lawyer.
