are you claiming all the directors are involved in a scam ???
that's what was implied by saying they got more shares ... since all the directors got more shares ...

and if this is a scam, then there would be a trail of these scammers selling shares over the last several years - yet besides two minor sales by insiders over the last several years --- NO INSIDER SALES ....
