let's play devil's advocate for a second ....

HYPOTHETICALLY, LET'S SAY THIS WAS A SCAM .... WHY WOULD THE SCAMMERS WASTE 18 MONTHS TO GET TO THIS POINT .... WHY WOULD THERE BE SO MANY DELAYS .... WHICH ONLY LOWERED THE PPS AS EACH DELAY OCCURRED?

obviously, if it was a scam, they would have no reason to build in delays, which only lowered the pps ....

so the only logical conclusion ... NONE OF THIS IS A SCAM ... AND THE COMPANY IS MOVING AHEAD IN A LOGICAL FASHION
