Insanity? Not really. It depends where you sit.

Ordinary shareholders like us sit there and wine about incompetent management because we are not making money. Unless of course you are a trader with a good sense of how this stock bounces around. They you may be sitting pretty.

Then there are the insiders who put up money to keep this thing afloat. They buy private placement shares for a few cents and over and over again have the opportunity to make 5 to 10 times their investment on each dip and hop. Not bad.

Then there's management. They are eating quite well with guaranteed comfortable incomes.
There doesn't seem to be any urgency or even necessity to be commercially successful.

Shannon is busy with his "Gold Standard" science project for the good of mankind. In his spare time he is honing his acceptance speech for his anticipated Nobel Prize.

Because Marshall has personally produced absolutely nothing for years, I assume he still likes to show up from time to time to see what Shannon has been up to. Not a bad life for a guy in his 70's.

As far as the BOD goes, their only visibility is when they periodically award themselves a million shares here and there on the off chance they become worth something one day.

The beauty of the whole thing is that for the well placed, ASure seems on the surface to be a slam dunk break out product, so investors still show some interest.

However, when you have a product like this that has been available for years and they can't sell or even give one away, something is seriously wrong at the core of things.

How long they are going to be able to keep this up is anybodies guess.
