With the shake up in the last couple of weeks, new pres., a new SVP, and a restructured BoD, I do believe that change, a good change, is forthcoming! Because that change is with different folks in place it will take some time for all of this company to begin to gel into a cohesive and productive force with all cylinders firing! I am willing to give them a chance!
