old days this would be over .02...time to pull out those deep pockets ceo and start buying bc no one else is..that or run a promo and pray it works..usually those are worthless also these days..ceo couldnt of picked a worse time in penny market history to start releasing good news...i admire him trying but the timing could not be worse..

just my personal opinion
