When is the BOD going to take action to remedy this farce ? And at what point in the face of total incompetence do they enter into the realm of negligence for not carrying out their fiduciary duty to shareholders. Or is all this talk about setting the gold standard for disinfection just part of the farce and total BS. What is happening here is insanity.
