So, looking through the 10-Q I am trying to figure out the current share count?

A/S - 9,000,000,000
O/S - 8,996,778,999
Float??? Approximately 540,000,000?

Since Sept. 30, 2014 - Approximately, 8.55B Shares have exchanged hands up to date... Is this correct?
