Hey mad and Pink - my nose tells me Whelan was hustled for a while and then, when he caught on to it, he dumped Noel and everything went kind of silent. Probably then went to a quiet place and got down on his knees and gave thanks. So often business executives, understandably not knowing a thing about PR and the stock markets, especially the pinks, etc., are hustled by shysters who then keep them in the dark while they play their pump and dump games. There are hundreds of such cases on the roadsides. Even if Whelan was totally squeaky clean innocent, and, by the way, if he had been dirty, does it not seem reasonable the SEC would have moved on BIEL (?), he had to get sprayed with the NOEL crap and painted with the same brush, especially by people not knowing all the facts. The fact is, Noel got nailed for a later play, but not much later, same year! I'm confident the truth will be revealed sooner or later. I'm interested in knowing the elapsed time between when Whelan realized Noel was a shyster and when he dumped him.

When the FDA published the Proposed Order in February 2014, stating, "based on it's own initiative" and, "because of new information", and after beefing up its internal devices workforce because of its admitted deficiency there, I knew we were on firmer ground than the scammer Noel could ever dream of and became very confident we would be okay, thus my much more positive attitude toward the success of BIEL. As mad says the BIEL products are good, now the FDA was stating without reservation that the science was solid!

No question, I looked sideways at the crap that Noel was putting out in 2009. I wasn't an iHub poster then, didn't know of its existence, but became one when I could see an FDA developing and after my personal experience with ActiPatch after a sports injury. I was glad Noel got the boot by Whelan - so often these shysters wreck good companies, leaving management and shareholders wondering what the hell just happened. I'm glad the A-hole Noel got nailed. And I hope it comes out that Whelan helped in the process, that would be perfect. In any event, we are lucky BIEL survived.
