When the FDA published the Proposed Order in February 2014, stating, "based on it's own initiative" and, "because of new information", and after beefing up its internal devices workforce because of its admitted deficiency there, I knew we were on firmer ground than the scammer Noel could ever dream of and became very confident we would be okay, thus my much more positive attitude toward the success of BIEL. As mad says the BIEL products are good, now the FDA was stating without reservation that the science was solid!
No question, I looked sideways at the crap that Noel was putting out in 2009. I wasn't an iHub poster then, didn't know of its existence, but became one when I could see an FDA developing and after my personal experience with ActiPatch after a sports injury. I was glad Noel got the boot by Whelan - so often these shysters wreck good companies, leaving management and shareholders wondering what the hell just happened. I'm glad the A-hole Noel got nailed. And I hope it comes out that Whelan helped in the process, that would be perfect. In any event, we are lucky BIEL survived.
