No wonder you were picced mad. I don't recall you providing those details before. You're right BIEL has great products, I suspect Whelan may have been involved in the complaints against Noel. I would suspect he was approached about Noel's behavior while involved with BIEL and maybe the SEC didn't see enough to prosecute, so got him for the later play. It's fortunate BIEL survived and moved on, fortunate for us shareholders too, whew!
