Yeah, I've read that many times. And to be clear, I'm not suggesting it's anything but troubling, to say the least.
But it does not say who is being investigated by the Grand Jury. It's not even clear the whistle blower letter and the Grand Jury are related. They may be. They may not be. And from this, and the statements in the most-recent 10Q, and statements on the conference call, we don't know who or what is being investigated by the Grand Jury.
Period.
