My guess is that at the first of the year we will be hearing the hue and cry about the re-launch of vir2no. The filing says they are no longer marketing till then. All the noise we heard about all the schools on SC, the filing says 3 are still testing, none using, and 5 are under the nebulous contract negotiations. The receivables are in bad shape, and the only real cash flow is from debt, 50% off stock sales, and defaults. This is a company in bad shape, with no future, and an extremely seedy past and ceo.
