The financials are late because they need to remove Metwood from the equation. I would not be shocked if the seller of those shares was metwood and they are having to sell because Ali is demanding it. They have left the company in a very precarious position and if the financials are good why allow them to benefit. My thought is that Ali had something to do with the sale of their shares and subsequent drop in pps. While this may seem ridiculous...This appears to be typical of Ali.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
