But the floating shares number (1.175B shares) has been FIXED for almost four years which is exceptional for a Reporting OTC stock! The increased 400M RESTRICTED shares were used to acquire the huge assets ($4M VALUE) which put those 400M shares at $0.01 per share value which is a great deal for EFLN! Which means our common shares worth $0.01 per share at least!
