The news is a status update its solid. Still a ways to go to get it to market but they are making solid progress. Not sure what you are looking for as far as transparency but I believe they have been more than forthcoming....doing everything by the book with regards to press releases and SEC filings(clearly someone learned their lesson from MSGI). Just my 2 cents
