Just open google and enter "edgar filings world moto". You will get a list of the filings. Look for S1 and check the latest date--simple.
Please stop saying the S1 is approved. It causes me to do the above and wastes time.
WM did say the S1 has been approved. I expect what they meant was no more clarifications were requested.
It might seem semantic, but what is needed is for the S1 to become effective. I'm not sure what is meant by people using "approved" but after the S1 "becomes effective", we might expect WM to issue some sort of press release.
It will not be a rapturous release. If WM had landed an India contract, we would have heard. The best we can hope for, as I've written earlier is Malaysia YES going live, an ad deal for Wheelies and a signature away from a moto meter contract. However, according to an nmills post, WM is a signature away from a Wheelies contract. I think the term was "very soon"--dejavu
While I now hold little expectation for WM's success, I take exception to an absolutist view of a doomsday scenario. WM has gotten funds when it needed them. The providers are not without risk regardless of discounts. Liquidity is critical to the lenders getting their money back. That's why we won't see sub penny any time soon.
Still, I'm dismayed at the ineptitude of WM when it comes to fund raising. It had to go to the wall for a $100K? I would have given better terms personally for a $100K, provided they could back up their business plan. Maybe that's the best to hope for, Macallan Partners were impressed with WM's ability to maintain liquidity based on a viable outlook.
