The PURPORTED legal action was filed six months ago and it does not seem to dissuade people interested in posting the truth about Bo Linton and his scams! It pleases me that Bo and his gang are trying to scare people by threatening lawsuits. BO HAS BEEN EXPOSED BY HIS JERKING AROUND THE KGET INVERSTORS! If Bobo cannot make it doing soap operas, it appears OTC scams is his alternative for generating a nice chunk of change! Wouldn't it be great if Bobo would have to "go public" in a court of law and HAD TO TELL THE TRUTH? Do you suppose the SEC might listening to Bo explaining the PILE OF CRAP THAT HE HAS LAID ON THE INVESTORS! Bo has no money to even think about pursuing any kind of hokey trumped-up legal action!
