You are correct.

I did not want to put in one large sell for the 5.5 mill I needed to sell.

At first I stayed on the phone as the orders were filling because they were filling so fast.

Then my broker said she would just put the rest in @ 500,000 and I kept checking on I-HUB to see if they were filling.

As for the transfer in kind I am going to do that with the rest of my savi there was a glitch in the system and I had to sell 5.5 before Vanguard would take the rest.

Believe me it hurt to sell them I knew it was going to take the PP down.
