Post 22449 has a little more info on happenings and of course the 10-Q
has appeared, confirming the increase in outstanding shares and the lack of revenue.

No Form 3 nor Form 4 for the guy who got the 63,000,000 shares.
It would seem that that amount would sort of make you a major stockholder.

IIRC, one of the people that does the handling of the SEC filing, was a UBC math graduate. Seems that might lead to a basic understanding of ownership
percentages.
