I wonder if this has something to do with the DTC investigation? Eco prints more common shares then authorized. Filing for a R/S doesn't always mean it gets approved...if DTC (we can assume FINRA)are looking back over years of stock issuance...well doesn't seem like a positive.
Steve should issue a shareholders letter thanking all the people he has screwed out of their money to support his company expenses. Gross profit of 30k a month with operating expenses of $456,719 a month..and still owe $3,192,391 in tax arrears and $678,868 in ac payables.... must say Conman is a genius scammer to somehow keep this company alive!
