JRRD - For those of us whom are well-versed in the area of Reverse Mergers....this is not just "very nice"....IT HAS BUY WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!!!!
A Reverse Merger candidate is more attractive if they are doing absolutely nothing. This simplifies the prospective deal. Remember, Simplicity is the answer to Complexity.
