It has quite a bit to do with that actually. There are a vast number of investors who refuse to touch the stocks associated with 420Investor, what many now refer to as a pump & dump service.

Look at the "trade recommendations" in other tickers. "Buy" recommendations are immediately met with increased short interest and further sell pressure.

Just two weeks ago the recommendation was a buy at $1.10... Down 50%+ in no time.
