There is zero possibility that SPRWF will get an MMPR anytime soon. I doubt they will be ready with security arrangements by the end of November which is 10 days away!!

I think the "tell" was when Standyk (the former CEO) abruptly handed over management of SPRWF and walked away!!

Something does not smell right here... we are about to find out..
