A company MMRF considered suing
Now is owned by MMRF? But MMRF only informed shareholders 1 year after the event? How much did MMRF pay for this company? Does MMRF have any future financial commitments to this company? That company's CEO appears to be the same one as MMRF. Who pays his salary for that company?
MMRF is a publicly traded company but it sure seems like the only one benefitting is the CEO
