GRBK not selling it here. Depending on how cc goes tomorrow, am gearing up to buy more. Fair value seems to be $12-$13. Excited to hear the business plan and clarification on fully diluted shares outstanding. I expect this company will get bid up quickly to at least the same PE as peers due to the involvement of David Einhorn and Dan Loeb
