Unfortunately we have been what if'd for years. It is now time for them, if there is a them, to speak up. The board cannot rely on
what ifs. As for why still active? SEC lets these companies die a long long death. I get no comfort knowing this board is active. I have other such stocks that have been dead like our (zero business) for many years, so is their chat board active but nothing going on. So it happens.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
