Let's look at it.
The O/S has gone up from 305.4M on Dec 16, 2013 (after a massive 1:50000 R/S!) to 567.5M. The iBox needs to be updated, btw!
Berthold issued himself 5M preferreds that convert to 1.25 BILLION next month. That's outrageous.
In August, they sold 49M shares for $.0006 and in November, an additional 48.25M shares also at $.0006.
Still no revs and NyLoxin is dead. Again, the iBox should be updated.
Their management fees and "consulting" fees went up as expenses. At least someone's making money on this pos company.
I wish they'd explain what the lawsuit against Sharon is.
