Funny. This sounds familiar. Just read an article about a company, RD Amross, acting as middlemen between NASA and the Russians for the purchase of Russian rocket engines for NASA. They have just five employees!

Kinda takes me back, ya know? DK if they're publicly traded. Prolly not as they're a joint venture twixt United Technologies and NPO Energomash, a Russian engine maker. Still...
