Seabrook Hate to break this to you, but while I understand your math and do agree with that and HOPE you are correct, I have it on great authority that the fed court kinda bends the rules somewhat on timing and it could be three weeks before we hear although probably next two- while time should be written in stone they take some liberty with that..I mean it could have been yesterday too. It
SHOULD BE HEARD BY ALL so let's hope some more...by the way, it is
extremely, extremely rare that no judge signed off on the opinion
and odds should have been 99.9% they would not bring up obviousness
as Google never used that!! now our odds are about 2% but with the trade group weighing in I am thinking maybe we are up some to 8%-25%.
