ERS did earn .17 minus charge but remember share count was down again this quarter it is either in the up 8, or the 11 range this .17 appear to be in the upper 8's. The share count moves around from quarter to quarter more then i have ever seen. That to me is something I don't love although I don't think it is a bad buy in the 4's. Just informing the share count issues again in my opinion.
