Good morning LJ,and all.
The filing thing could be a problem--- but I don't think its the sole reason for the stock price being down....( if you remember? someone hacked the website before with some erroneous MJ stuff...)
Every time this "whack a mole" stock goes up a tick, it gets swatted down...Why? very strange--- I hope its not because of some magical PR that hasn't shown its hand yet?
The good about this; is it allow me and the other long-term holders to really accumulate many shares at a give away price. I still believe, in this stock and the company, for the long haul.
The pumpers, the in and out guys are frustrated with this action - Me "I'm lovin it".... I don't want it to go lower, but will pounce at an opportunity. GLTA, STOCK, LJ, and other long term holders/investors.
