DEAR USER 12, POST # 5861

In a system as universally ubiquitous as the plastic payments system, is it not a mite risky to apply the elitism implicit in a "prestigious " "black card" analogy ? In effect that is to say "them as can afford high cost will be protected from fraud and them as can't can continue to be exposed". Fortunately the banks ain't that stupid.
