This is just a gut feeling, but maybe VGREF is sitting back and letting VSPC do all the hard work.

Once potential customers are pounding down the door, and the word is out on this great product, VGREF will have no problem selling to those countries it retains, (China, Asia ?).

I think VGREF is hoping to ride on the VSPC coat tails, or once again taking advantage of the hard working peeps at VSPC.
