I don't like the idea of VSPC working with Chang again in any shape or form. He already screwed the shareholders (with Carl's help) of taking back the framed art biz & all VGREF shares held by VSPC when Carl couldn't meet the demands of the first license agreement.

Chang was paid $5,300,000 for Inter-Pacific arts, and he got it back, free. Basically, shareholders handed him that money for nothing.

I for one, don't want to do business with him ever again and give him the chance of screwing us out of even more money.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
