Double Crown had to fight a long, drawn-out lawsuit with Synergy over the rights to the older Transprop transport system. They just recently reached a settlement to put the case behind them. To think that Double Crown would not make 100% sure they handled the patent process for the new TransLock system properly after all that makes no sense at all. Anyone who has a question can always e-mail the company and ask, of course.
