The Keystone Pipeline is the other big news story this week after the Halliburton - Baker Hughes merger. CNBC coverage and other news stories are pressing the point that one reason Keystone is needed is to help address the ongoing rail car shortage. However, even if Keystone is approved it will be years before it makes any impact at all. The Double Crown TransLock2 system is a solution that can go to work right away.
