Website Update - 11/18/14

This past week a new corporation was formed that will be the production company for products we currently sell. They will be made under that corporation and produced in Nassau County NY. The corporation will be an owned subsidiary of GNGR. All packaging will state that products are made for GNGR with our PO Box address.
GNGR will benefit by all sales made by that corporation to further help GNGR move ahead. GNGR will only benefit by the sales and bear no responsibility for any rents, overhead or materials used to produce the various items made.

GNGR has always been a holding company but over the years has become to much a part of every facet of production and administration needs. GNGR will receive its percentage of allowable financials based on that percent owned by GNGR with the remaining percent to be used to sustain that subsidiary companies overhead and cost of goods sold.

GNGR will only have to file a simple financial statement showing the sales made but not have to show how those sales were made. This will further help our goals as we expand. Because the subsidiary company is not actually public but whole or partially owned by GNGR, the subsidiary company wont have to file extreme amounts of paper work. A simple tax return from the sub companies returns is applied to GNGR financials, that's it.

GNGR will have NO overhead other then the current offices used to make sales calls, process orders and create labels and other items needed to facilitate the orders.

Just keep in mind that GNGR is a penny stock (for now) and like most pink sheet stocks which are very questionable, one can expect that on the odds that GNGR may also be questionable. HOWEVER GNGR is producing products, selling products and shipping products. If we can sell one (one pound) fudge we can sell 1,000,000. Focusing on one product will be key as stated many times.
