If you want to sell at .0063 or less, there is still a market. There are over 400,000 shares offered at the .011 level. These or this seller(s) can only dispose of the shares if he is willing to take a nearly 50% cut in his offer price. No substantial sales have occurred above .0064 for some time now.

There is no volume because who wants to go in and buy at. 011, and lose nearly half his money if he decides to sell. I think we are at a market bottom also--if the bottom is considered to be about .006.

Our main focus as a board should be to see just how close or how far Brian is to being able to get our financials up and running and get us back to being a reporting company again. Until that happens, or unless that happens, we are pretty much stuck here. Just my opinion. Dave
