Al - To my knowledge there have been 2 sales that have taken place this fiscal year. I have also confirmed with Brian 3 other sales this calendar year. Depending on perspective, this has been a pretty good year for FASC allowing the company to pay down a substantial amount of debt. The 2 most recent sales have most likely cleaned that situation up and left some cash in the bank. The company won't provide details on any potential sales unless the buyer has made a public statement about a purchase. This makes all of the DD all the more important. I understand your position. Unfortunately all of the complaining in the world on a stock message board may feel good personally, but I don't think it will change anything either.
