Jay I think Oldie is right, the financials appear to have some mistakes in them. Money is tight, maybe they skipped the CPA and had one of their kids update them. Otherwise, explain how they say they raised $540k but only show $25k coming in.

Only $25k raised, looks like this is THE last quarter for tmm to worry about anyway.
