Medwards, thanks for finding that letter but it's just from some human rights group and not the government of Guatemala. I do see in the new company 10Q that Double Crown terminated their agreement with the Guatemalan mine for barite that was set up a while ago. Therefore, this issue really does not matter any more. Double Crown still has barite sources in Mexico and China available to them so I don't see any problem with dropping Guatemala. Maybe they are better off not having to deal with the human rights group's issues anyway.
